The call-out and return to base fee is a fixed fee to cover the truck and removalists’ travel costs from the depot to the pickup address and from the delivery address back to the depot. The applicable fee is based on the furthest suburb. The applicable fee is based on the furthest suburb, e.g. if moving from suburb Dundas (1/2 hour) to the suburb Mt Colah (1 hour) the applicable fee will be 1 hour.

- We have a minimum booking requirement of 3 hours for all jobs. Jobs with 4 or more people have a longer minimum booking requirement.
The hourly rate includes the careful wrapping of your furniture and electronic goods, assembly and disassembly of furniture. Prices include GST. Weekly and weekend rates are the same. We start charging when we reach your home or office until we have delivered the last piece of furniture, appliance or box. The call out fee covers all travel to and from the base unless you are moving interstate or to regional NSW (request a fixed quote inspection by calling us on 1300 298 140).
- There are no hidden charges or extra costs for moving such as for fuel, stairs or tolls. Additional services, which are moving specialty items such as pianos, antiques, snooker tables, are quoted separately. If in doubt, send us a photo of your item via text message!
- Fixed quotes are available upon inspection of your property if you have 3 bedrooms or more or if you are moving interstate or to regional NSW. If you have 2 bedrooms or less, rates are charged hourly.
- We have public liability insurance and we cover goods in transit.

Cancellation & Re-booking Policy
Be sure to make your booking carefully. The first cancellation is free, however if you re-book you must make a non-refundable deposit for the Call-out Fee per truck. If your second booking goes ahead, the deposit goes towards your move. If it does not, you cannot make a third booking with us and we will keep the call out fee deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service for repeated cancellations and rebookings.
We have a 25cbm truck, a 30cbm truck, a 35 cbm truck and a 45 cbm truck. We will recommend the right type of truck based on your volume calculation.
Our trucks are professionally fitted and equipped with trolleys, wrap, blankets and a toolbox.
Two helpful packers will be available for $160 per hour, with $60 for each additional packer. The packing rates will include packing materials such as butcher paper, packaging tape and bubble wrap. Our packers are trained to protect your items and will pack the boxes efficiently but carefully. Our packers must be booked before the day of the move to receive the rate of $160 per hour. If the removalists arrive and things are not packed, you will be charged the truck removalist rates per hour for any packing work done by the removalists.
